Section 1: MRT Guandu Station to Erziping Visitor Center

Common Conehead is adaptive to all kinds of terrain, even on ubacs and inferior growing environments. It was used as an indigo dye material in earlier times. This plant prefers clear water. People harvest it in early morning when dew is still visible on the leaves. After harvest, it should be placed in nearby soaking pools for fermentation. Handmade indigo dye is today a symbol of simple living and returning to nature.
